Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and executives to drive HR strategies aligned with Tesla’s mission.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • U.S. work authorization required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or SHRM certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience in automotive, tech, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of California or Texas employment law.
  • Proven ability to work in high-growth, matrixed environments.
